A Pol\u00edcia Ambiental, em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, apreendeu uma rede de pesca do tipo emalhe, sem as plaquetas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, durante patrulhamento ostensivo e preventivo mar\u00edtimo pela praia do Pa\u00faba, na costa sul de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o. O flagrante \u00e9 da 5\u00aa Companhia de Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental Mar\u00edtima do 3\u00b0BPAmb, durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Impacto, no fim de semana.<\/p>\n
De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, o petrecho n\u00e3o estava configurado com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o pesqueira vigente. A pol\u00edcia informou que n\u00e3o haviam embarca\u00e7\u00f5es perto da rede. Por conta disso, a pol\u00edcia informou que n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel identificar os respons\u00e1veis pelo crime ambiental.<\/p>\n
A \u00e1rea que a rede estava armada est\u00e1 inserida na APAMLN (\u00c1rea de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental Marinha Litoral Norte). A rede foi imediatamente apreendida.<\/p>\n
De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Ambiental, havia diversos exemplares de raias, a maioria da esp\u00e9cie “manteiga”, e um filhote de Raia Viola presos na rede. Os animais foram resgatados vivos e devolvidos ao mar.<\/p>\n
